Welcome to Chef Eyad Restaurant. By visiting our restaurant or using our website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a premium dining experience and maintain service quality for all our guests.
1. Smoked Meat Service Policy
Portion Rules
- 250g serving – minimum order per person
- 500g serving – for a maximum of 2 guests
- 1kg serving – for a maximum of 4 guests
- Included Side Dishes
Each serving includes the following (based on the portion size):
- Hummus
- Mutabbal
- Fattoush
- Bean Salad
- Rice
- Bread
- Four types of sauces
- Soft drink(s) according to the portion size
Complimentary refill of appetizers, salads, and sauces is available one time only unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.Beverages
- One non-refillable soft drink is offered per guest according to the serving size.
- Fresh juices are not included and are charged as per the menu price.
2. Offers & Promotions Policy
- Each guest is entitled to one offer only per visit.
- Offers are valid only on the specified date, time, and branch.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Some offers may be exclusive to social media platforms and may not be available inside the restaurant. Terms will be clearly stated in the promotional post.
3. Reservation & Seating Policy
- Seating is subject to availability during peak hours; waiting times may apply.
- Reservations (if available) do not guarantee a specific table location.
- Guests must follow the waiting list system during busy periods.
4. Delivery & Takeaway Policy
- Delivery charges vary based on area and delivery provider.
- Prices may differ between dine-in, takeaway, and delivery platforms.
- Any issue with the order must be reported within 30 minutes of receipt.
5. Payment Policy
- Accepted payment methods: cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
- Deferred payments are not accepted, except for approved corporate accounts with contracts.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once the order is prepared, payments are non-refundable.
- Catering and large orders must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
7. Customer Data & Privacy
- We may request your mobile number to send exclusive offers and promotions via SMS or WhatsApp.
- Your personal information will not be shared with any third party.
- You may request to unsubscribe or have your information deleted at any time.
8. Food Safety & Allergies
- The restaurant follows approved food safety and hygiene standards.
- Guests must inform staff of any food allergies or dietary concerns before ordering.
- The restaurant is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

- Copying, reproduction, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
